Refund policy

Our artwork is made after you place your order. Please review the artwork, selected size, material, and product details carefully before purchasing.

Change-of-mind returns

 We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, choosing the wrong size, or ordering the wrong design. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, is defective, or is different from what you ordered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 Please contact help@meorotisrael.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging where available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund at our expense. If we need the item returned, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

 Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Previous orders and your rights

 The return terms offered when you placed your order will apply to that order. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
